Our systems don't allow overriding renewal discounts. We have a procedure that we apply when clients have missed the deadline by a a few days but in your case, it's more like 3 months. I guess we can make an exception but please make sure to add [email protected] to your "allow-list" so that you get all messages...
The procedure is as follows:
- purchase a new subscription at regular price*
- inform us when you have done so (just post again here in this ticket)
- we'll add 2 months free to your new subscription
