Hello,

We were wondering if there is any options for renewal discount code.

We had found the renewal reminder in our spam folder which has now been corrected, but we have missed the window.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi

Our systems don't allow overriding renewal discounts. We have a procedure that we apply when clients have missed the deadline by a a few days but in your case, it's more like 3 months. I guess we can make an exception but please make sure to add [email protected] to your "allow-list" so that you get all messages...

The procedure is as follows:

- purchase a new subscription at regular price*

- inform us when you have done so (just post again here in this ticket)

- we'll add 2 months free to your new subscription
