Your extension seems very interesting and I would like to try it. I would like to know if it is fully compatible with YooTheme Pro 4.4.X or if there are any limitations in using certain functions.

Hi,
Fully-compatible is not a well-defined thing, especially considering 4SEO has many features and most of them are defined by you through rules.
I believe YooTheme follows standard Joomla api for interfacing with with Joomla, in which case 4SEO should be able to analyze pages as expected.
You'll have to be more specific about what exactly you want to do but I have not heard about any issue about YT over the last 3-4 years. 4SEO does not provide any dedicated support for YT but again, if YT operates normally, all should be fine.
