I don't know what else to say. On several sites, I have this connection problem message
"Error loading data from server.
Cannot connect to Service: Not authorized by Google: Error refreshing OAuth token with google.search_console: Got a 400 response code"

We do not provide support without an active subscription. This is what the (canned) message above meant.
It seems to me that this happened after the license expired?
Correct, you cannot access Google Search Console data without an active subscription because the authentication goes through our server.
This of course does not affect the operation of your website. And you can always go to the Search Console website to look at your information directly.
