Hi Thomas,

I can see there's a problem with your subscription, actually 2 problems:

- you actually paid for 2 subscriptions. Did you have some kind of error message, or anything strange, at any point during the purchase process?

I am refunding the second one right now.

- you did pay, I can see the payment at Stripe, but our system here has not received the payment notification from Stripe. I'll have to enable your subscription manually, which I'll do when I have posted this message.

I have refunded the second subscription now and activated the first one, you should have received confirmation email from us.

I'd really be interested to know about:
