Assuming you mean 4AI, yes, 4AI itself is available in Greek, as well as 21 other languages (see FAQ with 4AI languages here).
As far as whether the API from OpenAI/ChatGPT can understand and reply in Greek, I'm not familiar with that but basically 4AI uses OpenAI systems, so 4AI will work with Greek exactly in the same way ChatGPT does.
