Ok, i found out that 4sef works with sp pagebuilder, so I only need to know if 4seo would help with my pagebuilder sites.

Hi
4SEO does not really care about how pages are built on your site. It analyzes the rendered, final pages content and looks for links to discover pages.
As long as SPPage Builder follows the standard Joomla API, you'll be fine.
