Hi, I'm setting up a new site - matato.com - and all the settings are set to use that domain - both Joomla SEF and the Website home address in 4SEO Page Settings. However, the sitemap is hanging onto the old dev URL and I can find no way to edit it, refresh it, or anything. I've tried Rebuilding it, emptying all caches (Joomla, 4SEO, theme) - to no avail. What am I missing?
Thanks!
Reduced schedule during conference and annual break
We'll be operating with a reduced schedule from tomorrow and the next few weeks, as follows:
We'll be travelling and attending JoomlaDay USA from Tuesday April 22 to Friday April 25. Support will have extended response time during this period. From April 25 evening to Tuesday May 12 included, support will be closed for our annual break.
Don't forget to look up the documentation, including the videos, your answer may already be there! Likewise, be sure to check the Development versions area, in case your problem may already have been solved.
In case of emergency (ie your site is down with a fatal error directly linked to one of our extensions), please contact us by email (see contact icon at the bottom of all pages of this site)
#10641 – Sitemap still has dev URL and I can't change it

Oh - I got it! Not sure exactly what the steps were but it's reading the live site URL now.
For future reference is there a checklist when going from Dev to Live? I know most of the things to check but the site map often gives me trouble. Alternatively, do you recommend not installing 4SEO until a site is live? Thanks!

Hi
Thanks for your message. You are on public forum, where we can only reply to pre-sale questions.
We provide support to our subscribers through our helpdesk.
After logging in, please open a ticket describing as clearly as possible the problem you're experiencing.
The only thing to do is to change the "Main website address". Indeed using the Rebuild button on the Sitemaps page can also be used. Note that there's a minimal delay between sitemap rebuilds (30 mn by default) as we do not want to send sitemaps to Google too often.
Best regards
