is it still possible to get/buy the last version of sh404sef?
I will probably move to 4sef later. But I have an issue with php 8 with my old version.

You can buy a 4SEF subscription. The last version of sh404SEF is provided as part of it, as a courtesy.
In fact, there hasn't been sh404SEF subscriptions for a long while now, all sh404SEF plans have been renamed into 4SEF subscriptions.
