Hello,
I would like to move from "Artio JoomSEF" at Joomla 3 to Joomla 4 and 4SEO + 4SEF as you described at your article here:

but where can I find the necessary extension sh404SEF to do the upgrade?

Hi,
sh404SEF is provided as a courtesy as part of the 4SEF extension plan. So you get that subscription and you'll get access to sh404SEF and the sh404SEF importer (from JoomSEF to sh404SEF).
Then you can move on from sh404SEF to 4SEF and 4SEO.
Note that all this must happen on Joomla 3. Once your J3 site is converted to 4SEF + 4SEO, then you can update to J4 and J5, as both extensions work the same in all 3 versions of Joomla.
