I bought 4SEF in August (#8O56WJCEFGFW) and 4SEO in September (#8O56WJCEF4C0).
Can I upgrade both to the Pro version? Can I have a single expiry date (in August is OK for me)?

You can certainly upgrade both to the PRO version. This is done by going to your dashboard and looking up the subscriptions. Both of them will have an "Upgrade" button and you can just use that:
The value corresponding to the remaining time on either subscription will be deducted from the amount to be paid.
Can I have a single expiry date (in August is OK for me)?
Unfortunately the subscription extension we use does not allow that. One thing we could do (manually) is:
- you buy both extensions again today (from scratch, don't renew or upgrade)
- we refund you the value corresponding to the remaining time on your existing subscriptions.
That way, your renewal date will be at the exact same time.
