I would like to tell you that your migration process is not working well. We have 21000 urls inSH404. TYesterday I tried to migrate the url. It took more than 30 minutes and the site was down 30 minutes which is very long. ON top once the process finished 4sef said everything was ok but the urls were not imported. SO I had to do it another time...I have SH404 4.24.7.4352 and 4sef 1.5.1.471.

Hi

Thanks for your message. You are on public forum, where we can only reply to pre-sale questions.

We provide support to our subscribers through our helpdesk.

The time it takes to import data depends on your mysql server speed essentially. 30 mn to import 21000 URLs seems expected on a typical average server.

That said,  your server should not be down during that time because of course such important website change should be done on a test copy of your site, not the live site.

ON top once the process finished 4sef said everything was ok but the urls were not imported

When you open your support ticket in the subscribers 4SEF section of this helpdesk, make sure to explain in details what that means. If 4SEF says URL were imported, then they were (it's been nearly a year now, and very many sites have gone through this process).

So what do you mean? you don't see any URL listed in the SEF URL list? these URLs are not showing on the website? have you enabled back 4SEF after the import?

Closing this ticket now.

Best regards
