Reduced schedule during conference and annual break

Hi Yannick, I get error 403 if I try to create a new ticket for catogory sh404SEF in the drop down in My Tickets,
I am getting quite worried as Joomla Control panel is warning me to update select sh404SEF.

You probably do not have an active, paid for subscription?
We stopped offering sh404SEF subscription nearly a year ago, but sh404SEF is still provided as part of the 4SEF subscription.
However, sh404SEF is discontinued from August 17, 2023 and we'll totally stop updating or replying to support requests for it from that date.
