About 4AI content translation, is this limited to articles (com_content) or 4AI can also target menus and “Custom HTML” type modules belonging to other languages?

Hi
It will handle any content that's open in a standard Joomla editor. That includes custom html modules as well as other extensions that use standard Joomla editor (ie usually not page builders).
