Hello,

Im testing 4Vidoe on a J4 staging site via a 'load module' (with a Joomla51 template) and have a blank screen (but with a red center arrow).
The front end error message is:
An error occurred. Please try again later. (Playback ID: qE6VqNUJS_0_q3LV)

The chrome console error is:

www-widgetapi.js:1122 Failed to execute 'postMessage' on 'DOMWindow': The target origin provided ('https://www.youtube.com') does not match the recipient window's origin ('https://www.staging5.unusualrisks.com.au').

I'm out of my dept from here. Is this a template issue I need to chase with the template developer or something more straightforward, please?

Hello,

Apoligeis I should have addeed the URL.

Strangely, it is now displaying fine and the console error is gone.

I'll add some more and report back if the issue arises again.

If it went away, I don't think this was coming from 4Video. There are many moving parts here, and 4SEO is not one that could have changed suddenly and fixed itself. More likely it's one piece of YouTube or of their supplier having a temporary issue.

Just following on from the same issue, I've now replaced 11 videos on 11 separate pages with 4Video and it's been 2 hours and they have not displayed.

Below is the console error. Does this assist?

The issue was not with 4Video, your initial error message (The target origin provided ('https://www.youtube.com') does not match the recipient window's origin ('https://www.staging5.unusualrisks.com.au') denotes an issue more likely linked with the site URL configuration, and/or just caching. A 4Video "error" cannot fix itself unfortunately, either there's an issue or there's not.

Anyway, glad it's sorted out! Closing this ticket now, feel free to open a new one as needed. If you do so, please mention this ticket number in the new one.

If you created any superadmin account for us, be sure to delete or block it now to avoid unnecessary risk in the future.
