Have you had any reports about 4Video stopped working today on live sites?

We have a site that gone live yesterday and today we noticed that all 4Videos used on 5 pages stopped working. Yesterday the videos were working fine. Site URLs with videos are:

The videos are included using 'loadmoduleid' e.g. {loadmoduleid 297} and pages Menu Assigments are correct too.

Example what's happening on the page with a video included we get:

So the actual iframe with a video is missing hence the video is not displayed.

I have been doing some testing:

1) Bypassing Cloudflare doesn't help - 4Videos Youtube videos are still not working

2) Embeding YouTube videos manually using 'iframe' works e.g. on:

https://www.citizencard.com/categories

So it doesn't look like iframes are blocked in general.

Still very puzzled why 4videos stopped working suddenly.

I don't see this being a problem in 4Video. By your own account, this was working fine before and of course it's still working fine everywhere else, including this very site.

What's happening on that page is that the forvideo-[redacted].js javacript file is not loaded. As I can see some javascript files called "optimize", I'd bet you have started to enable some "optimization" plugins, such as JCH or similar. These extensions - or server features, have a strong tendency to break actual javascript.

Take that back. The "optimize" file is in the /media/t4/ folder:

so this is most likely your template.
