#9336 – 4video

Hello,

I have a dev version of my website where I test upgrades before applying it to the live website.

So after upgrading the dev version to joomla 4.2.6 I noticed that 4video modules where not working anymore. Basically, the wheel is turning non-stop and the video does not show up.

That's odd...

So I tried again on a different browser than firefox (my usual browser) and indeed it works on Brave and on Chromium.

Might be something to do with Firefox only, I cleared the cache, but still the same.

No problem, this obviously is not related to 4video.

I went ahead and upgrade my livesite and there are no problem !

I suppose that if it was a browser extension that was the problem, it would act similarlyin both version of the website. but since it doesn't maybe I did something somehow in the configuration of the dev version which I don't remember now and could account for this.

Yes, in fact I already have studied your new extension with much interest and intent to use it sometimes down the line. But probably not in the immediate future as I am working on a new addition to my website that is taking most of my time and attention ATM. Once this has been lunched, I will definitely include your podcast extension in my content workflow.
