We have a Joomla site, the site was not made by us but by another agency. The Joomla version is 3.5.0, the site generates a lot of traffic and we have the database table "izeos_sh404sef_urls" which weighs more than 8gb and we have 15 million records. We would like to limit the creation of these records without creating 404s, you can support us in this problem, as soon as possible if possible.   I await your reply, obviously your assistance will be paid we need to solve the problem because the table has become too large and we risk that the site will no longer work.   Thank you

There is no error, simply you are not a subscriber, you do not have a paid subscription for sh404SEF. We provide support to our paid customers through our helpdesk only. Please purchase a subscription and open a ticket in the sh404SEF support section.

I also replied to your email with questions and details about the site that you should include when you open your ticket (we do not provide support by email but only through the helpdesk).
