It is urgent.

My custom component is not listed for some reason under Configuration. It has only front-end how can I disable sh404 for it?

There is no way if your custom component is not listed in Joomla list. The list is taken from the #__extensions joomla table, so if you properly created and installed your component, it will show just like the others.

yes just inserted link directly under extensions table and now can be seen, thx

That's not how it works. Your component must be installed properly. THis record should be created by Joomla, as it is linked to ACL and other things. You can expect other issues with other extensions if the component is not properly installed.
