Hello Support,

After installing the sh404SEF plugin and setting up Joomla Global Configuration according to the instructions, I went to the sh404SEF "Control Panel" and turn on "Enable URL optimization", "Enable remote configuration" and "Activate security functions" and clicked Save. Then I went to "Title and metas" and clicked on Home page meta and added a home Page title, Description tag and Canonical url and clicked Save & Close. Then, I went to another browser and tested the site.

I checked the page source for the home page and the title and description were showing up, so that seemed to work fine. However when I went to the global navigation, several links no longer work. The URL does display as it should in the address bar, but the browser (Firefox 47. Mac) resolves to the home page.

I went back to the sh404SEF: Control panel and turned off "Enable URL optimization", "Enable remote configuration" and "Activate security functions." I then went back to the browser, did a hard refresh and testing the same links. They all now work fine and link to the correct pages. I tried this in Chrome, Safari and Firefox for mac. All with the same results. What's going on? Please help

Hi,

Thanks for you message. I would truly love to open a support request. I get a 403 error message every time I try. I switched to Safari instead of Chrome for Mac and unfortunately got the same 403 error. What should I do?

Thank you.

Hello again,

I tried to create a support ticket in Chrome for Windows and Firefox for Windows and 403 errors on the Windows platform too.

Thanks for your help.

Hi again

Yes, it is. How exactly to you try to open a ticket, and when exactly do you get a 403? when clicking on the "New ticket" button in the sh404SEF category?
Or after filling up the ticket content?

ok, something extraordinary happened: you have 2 accounts with us: both have the same name, username and email address, despite the fact that Joomla doesn't allow having the same email address for 2 users. Did something happened when you created your account?
