Hi

sh404SEF does not create URLs, it only SEFy them. It means for instance that it doesn't decide whether a URL has an Itemid or not. That's up to Joomla or the extension creating the non-sef URL (the non-sef URL is what's used internally by Joomla and extensions).

I'm not familiar enought with Sobi to help, but this link on their site seems relevant: Why search or alpha index have Itemid=0.

In addition, please not this page is only for pre-sale question. Use instead the helpdesk for support requests.

Hi,

Thanks for your answer.

Indeed, some problems between your component and SOBIPRO , including redirects pages after confirmation form or to pages payment.

These are actions that work properly without your component. So I 'll uninstall your component and report the problem in the forum of SOBIPRO

Hi

Up to you. Just keep in mind that if the problem is solved when you disable sh404SEF, this absolutely doesn't mean the problem is in sh404SEF. Specifically with SobiPro, make sure you use the Developer console of your browser to check for 404 errors happening in redirects or javascript in general, when sh404SEF is enabled and you have such problem.
If you see this, it's a problem in Sobi, but we can help in identifying. We reported such issue about a month ago, and Radek had fixed it. So current stable release should be good, but you'll never know.
There are also multiple settings in sh404SEF which apply.

One way or the other, please use the helpdesk for this. This forum is not for support.
