Dear Sir:

I have problems with the activation of SH404SEF in www.seccionmedicadetampico.com
My english is not good, but I will try to explain this as more concrete form.

First, Techinal requirements are correct. (joomla 3.4, database version 5.6.23, php version 5.4.44, apache 2.4.16, mod_rewrite active, .htaccess is working ).

I have proceeded to the SEO configuration through global settings:
Search engine friendly URLs YES
URL rewriting YES
Add suffix NO
Alias Unicode NO

Currently my site displays url friendly.

My Problem: When I enable the extension everything that I have in the HOME disappears. The slider disappears and the modules disappears.
I ve try to disable jch optimize, slider but, is not working.

In addition i have error 404 in several URLs

Please, I need your help. Even if necessary I could provide administrator credentials and ftp.
Can you help me? Thanks in advance.
