Hello,

I’m seeing repeated schema validation errors in Google Search Console for multiple Joomla websites using YOOtheme with 4SEO.

Here’s an example from one site:

  • Error: Missing field "itemListElement"

  • Type: BreadcrumbList

  • ID: https://website(name)/#/schema/BreadcrumbList/17

  • Tested on: Aug 1, 2025, 4:46 PM

  • Crawl status: Crawled successfully

  • Issue: Google flags the BreadcrumbList as invalid because itemListElement is missing

Search Console shows:

2 items detected: Some are invalid Invalid items are not eligible for Google Search’s rich results.

Details section:

  • One item valid

  • One item invalid

  • Critical issue: Missing field "itemListElement"

This seems to happen across multiple websites where 4SEO is generating schema. Could you confirm if this is a configuration issue on my side, or if 4SEO/YOOtheme is outputting incomplete BreadcrumbList schema? And if so, what’s the recommended fix (e.g., configuration, override, or patch)?

Thanks!
