I was working on an article, and after pressing Command + Control + S, a menu like the one in the image below appeared. I clicked “Yes,” and the “Save,” “New,” and “Close” buttons disappeared from all of Joomla.

Correct, it's not possible to upload anything in this area of the helpdesk. Support is only provided to users with an active subscription, in the helpdesk area corresponding to the extension. In the case of 4Command, this is here.
