Hi Yannick!

Our front-end user have been experiencing a 403 error everytime they try to upload and/or resize any image file for their profiles.
I looked everywhere, J logs, Mod_security logs, ConfigServer&Firewall logs, RS Forewall, AWS WAF and found nothing (on the latter I actually found entries of the type ALLOW for every particular attempt.
But everytime I went to clear Joomla cache, I found entries named wblib_remote_img_lock and wblib_remote_img_size.
Could this mean something?
I also looked into public_html/logs/wblib/errors and found every day/time entries such as the 2 more recent ones (please check the attached files).
I am really unable to determine what is really going on, and I found it a difficult issue for me so I decided to ask you, the expert.
This happens everytime a front-end user tries to upload or resize an image, which is mandatory for this component we use, JBusiness Directory, which you probabley know.
I reached out for their support too but Julien Strauss found nothing wrong on their side.
The end users get a 403 and cannot complete the upload or resize.

Tks a lot!
Best regards!
Luiz
