Just wanted to report this in case. It is only a warning and is displayed whenever saving 4video modules :

Thanks for reporting. Indeed this is a small bug. It won't have any negative consequence, it's only a visual thing in the settings.

I have made a fix and you can download a modified version from the development versions download area.
