Hi,
I just installed 4SEF and configered it to remove the article id from the url. So far so good. However, the Joomla url with the article id in it leads to a 404. I was expecting the joomla url to be an alias of the 4SEF url and to be redirected to the 4SEF url.
I probably missed something somewhere. Also, I could nit find where I can add aliasses for an url.

#11279 – 4SEF Joomla url leads to 404 instead of beining an alias for the 4SEF url

Hi,
I can't create a new ticket for 4SEF. There's only a button to view tickes which leads to a page without tickets.
It looks like your support system does not recognize my 4SEF subscription. I also have a 4SEO subscription for which it is possible to view and create tickets.

Hi
That's odd. The problem is that while you do have an active subscrition, you are not in the "4SEF subscribers" Joomla user group, hence access is denied.
I have manually added you to that group and you can now open a ticket there.
