Hi i have an issue with a website not using the Optimized social networks sharing image that i have uploaded.

We provide support to our subscribers through our helpdesk.
After logging in, please open a ticket describing as clearly as possible the problem you're experiencing.
In your case, 4SEO is doing its job and providing the proper OpenGraph tags in the page source code (please check for your self).
So I'd first suggest going to Facebook Debugger to ensure Facebook updates its information about your page (Facebook does not update its data quickly or at all).
Also, I noticed you do have the 4SEO OpenGraph Tags, which are perfect, but you also have a set coming from "JoomShaper", which are incomplete. You should configure SPPageBuilder (which I guess you use) to disable their OpenGraph integration, it's not working well.

Please not we do not provide support for users with inactive subscription like you. Your subscription has expired 6 months ago and as such you can't update to recent 4SEO versions or be entitled to support.
