Hello, 4SEO says Im disconnected from search console. I tried to reconnect and it says my subscription has expired. Is that true? It has probably been a year, but the subscription says 1 yr for support and updates, but doesn't say it looses connection. Thanks, Steven

That's correct. We provide the authentication server that helps connect to your Search Console so you definitely lose access to that when your subscription expires.

1 - Haven't you received the 30 days, 7 days and 24 hours subscriptions renewals?
2 - As your subscription has expired, you cannot renew it. You just buy a new one.

I just ignore most automatic emails.
They are a nuisance in most cases of course but these ones matter. We do not send purely marketing emails and I encourage you to instead put [email protected] on your email provider "Allow list" so that our messages don't go to spam.

OK, I reinstalled it after buying a new one. I tried to connect to the search console, and it says 4SEO already has access, but it doesn't connect in 4SEO. I guess there is a new access code or something I need to change in Search Console?

I disconnected the search console and removed the old access authorization in search console for 4SEO. Tried again and it says:
"Could not send authorization code to https://comedysafedriver.comGot a : 400 response code. The site should be online and reachable over the internet, ie not running on your local machine or protected with a password.Please click here to go back to your site."
So i thought the key needed to be updated in 4SEO. I did so, but same result. I don't see how to send attachment with this support ticket

You can't because you are still on the Presale helpdesk category. Now that you have purchased a subscription, please open a ticket in the 4SEO category so that we can have a look.

The key is never updated, it's per account here and is the same whatever extension or subscription you use.
It does need to be the proper one though, from your dashboard:
Closing this ticket now, feel free to open a new one as needed. If you do so, please mention this ticket number in the new one.
