Reduced schedule during conference and annual break

We'll be operating with a reduced schedule from tomorrow and the next few weeks, as follows:

We'll be travelling and attending JoomlaDay USA from Tuesday April 22 to Friday April 25. Support will have extended response time during this period. From April 25 evening to Tuesday May 12 included, support will be closed for our annual break.

Don't forget to look up the documentation, including the videos, your answer may already be there! Likewise, be sure to check the Development versions area, in case your problem may already have been solved.

In case of emergency (ie your site is down with a fatal error directly linked to one of our extensions), please contact us by email (see contact icon at the bottom of all pages of this site)

I have noticed on a site I get huge log files in "administrator > logs > wblib > errors" due to 4SEO.

Hi

Joomla platform, getUpdateSiteId: package::pkg_forseo not found in Extensions table.

That error means 4SEO was not properly installed. Most likely, you unzipped the zip file downloaded from our website and installed the various parts instead of installing the 4SEO package. Maybe you're using a Mac? I'm told some Mac OS systems automatically unzip zip files downloaded from the internet.

In any  case, installing normally 4SEO should fix that problem. Download the zip again, and just install it exactly as is.

Installed a zip back then, but will try to install it again and keep an eye out for the logs :-)

Joomla says that the pkg_forseo is not found in the Extensions database table, so that means the package is just not installed.

This is what you should have:

 

Do you have the "Package" installed currently? before trying to install the zip again?
