I managed to integrate GG tag manager easily
I have inserted the UA code, I don't put javascript code but every time I can't remember it.

Reduced schedule during conference and annual break
We'll be operating with a reduced schedule from tomorrow and the next few weeks, as follows:
We'll be travelling and attending JoomlaDay USA from Tuesday April 22 to Friday April 25. Support will have extended response time during this period. From April 25 evening to Tuesday May 12 included, support will be closed for our annual break.

Not sure I understand your question. What javascript code are you talking about? why do you need javascript code for Google Tag manager or Google Analytics?

For analytics rules, not really. The javascript snippets are going to be output in the order the rules are set, so maybe this may make a difference for some services but I don't see any issue with Google.
