I'm having a issue with 4SEO, would you be so kind to help me?
Problem is, that the canonical tag isn't added.
If I look on my homepage, this is added:
<link rel="canonical" href="https://www.example.info/" class="4SEO_auto_canonical">
If I look on subpages this tag isn't added. But, in the options, I said Yes to add it.
Is there something I need to do more?

The tag will be added, by default, only if it's needed. There's no reason to add a canonical tag on any page, unless that page is considered a duplicate and requires a canonical pointing at the main, canonical page.
You can force 4SEO to also add self-canonical, ie a canonical pointing at itself, by enabling "Insert canonical link to self", but this is off by default and there's no reason to use that feature.

Thank you for your explanation about this. Reason for asking this was because Google Webmasters said:
Duplicate page with no user-selected canonical version These pages are not indexed or displayed on Google
Maybe it is better to enable it if this error keeps coming back. I made some 403 redirects to new pages when I updated my site from J3 to J4.

This is not an error message. What this says is just "this page is a duplicate", so we're not going to index it.
If you add a canonical, it will still be a duplicate (of another page), and it will still not be indexed - because Google thinks it's a duplicate.
Indeed you won't see that "error" message, but that page will not just "silently" NOT be indexed.
I made some 403 redirects to new pages when I updated my site from J3 to J4.
403 is not a redirect, 403 means "Access forbidden". Not sure why you would do that.
In addition, if that page was a 403, then you would not see that error message, because Google would just not be able to access it and determine it's a duplicate.

Ah yes, redirects is different but do not really affect what we are discussing. As you have a warning in search console, it means Google has applied any redirect you may have put in place (assuming you gave them a bit of time, and that this URL was indeed the subject of a redirect) and so they are looking at the redirected version of the page (again, if there was any redirect for that specific page).
