You have another plugin or template code that also generate OG tags. Enable either that, or the 4SEO ones, but not both. Looks like that other plugin/code may be doing a search/replace to inject the tags and that does not go very well when there are already some OGP tags in the page.

I can't imagine another plug in is adding OG tags I'm not even sure what that is anyway. how can I find out which other plugin is doing that? what is an OG tag anyway

These are the tags in your content that tells social networks which title, description and images to use when someone shares a page from your site on their network. If your pages are meant to be shared on Facebook or Twitter at any time, these are one of the most important tags you should care about.
4SEO generates them automatically and just like page title or description you can also customize them manually for each page.
Something on your site is also generating such tags, but that something does not do it properly following the Joomla API and destroys the rest of the page in doing so.

That is not the problem. You are looking in the wrong direction. The problem is NOT in 4SEO.
[EDIT] So I thought you would not even look at this from this angle and actually disabled things to see what was causing the problem, so I logged in and it took 1 minute to figure out what was causing the issue:

You have created a snippet that's breaking the page content when inserted. Please look at the snippets you created and find out which one is causing the problem.

You have a snippet that does a search/replace operation of some kind and it destroys the page content. It just happened to show some of 4SEO OGP tags, so maybe it's related to OGP tags, I don't know really;
