I am suddenly getting no pages analysed at all. There are no pages appearing in my sitemap. Is there a way to reset all settings to a default setting in case I have corrupted it somehow?

My Robots.txt file seems to be ok.

Can you suggest anything, my site is: example.es

Hi

I am suddenly getting no pages analysed at all.

What happened? did you update 4SEO to a new version? all nothing changed on the site and suddenly the pages list is empty?

Best regards

I installed the new version. I have just uninstalled it & reinstalled it in case there was a problem when I updated it but it is still the same. I have put a normal sitemap on my site to help as a temp measure but would like to get this working as soon as possible. When I try to use 4seo to build a sitemap this detects nothing either.

Hi

When I try to use 4seo to build a sitemap this detects nothing either.

The sitemap is built after the first time the entire site has been crawled and analyzed. So if no pages are found, then there's nothing to be put in the sitemap.

I installed the new version. I have just uninstalled it & reinstalled it in case there was a problem when I updated

Assuming your are running the latest version, 4.1.1? there was a bug in 4.1.0 causing it to fail and see no pages under Joomla 3 (was fine under Joomla 4).

We will have a 4.2 version today or tomorrow with multiple small improvements as well, as we've found that many servers actually block our user agent strings, or various headers and that can break the crawler.

Hi

Yes, this was a very tiny bug, but with big consequences.

Closing this ticket now, feel free to open a new one as needed.
