I am preparing the launch of a new site which is currently hosted in a sub-folder https://www.example.org/2022/
When I launch the analysis of the pages, nothing comes up and I only have errors knowing that I have set up the .htaccess file correctly.
How to solve this problem please?

I can't say much without more information:
1 - I can't reach the site as it's under htaccess password, so you need to set the correct username and password as well in 4SEO
2 - Is the site blocked through robots.txt or with Joomla robots global configuration? that would prevent 4SEo to crawl it, at least with default settings
3 - The main site address must be https://www.example.org/2022/, not https://www.example.org/
4 - What are the errors listed (10 of them)? Have you looked at the Errors pages to understand which page is blocked?
Please provide username and password so that I can at least see the site myself.

Currently I am working in a sub-folder to complete my site but next week the site will of course be on the final domain https://www.example.org

On the other hand, can you tell me if my configuration is correct for the launch of the site?

Your configuration is something you decide on, based on your requirements. The default values will certainly be fine for most sites and I'd recommend using them unless you have specific needs.
The only "Technical" configuration required is that the "Main site address" is changed to the live site (ie remove the /2022 at the end).
One thing I noticed at this stage is you have a few URLs listed with ?Itemid=xx at the end. For instance, if I search for all the "ontact" pages:
So this makes me think that you have made various adjustements and changes in configuration while developing the site and 4SEO picked up these URLs, and then you fixed the problem but the Analysis has not been reset and restarted. So you have data that are mostly from development.
Also I can see you have pages waiting for analysis ("Pending URL" on the Pages page), which is expected as you do not have traffic on the site (it's protected from visitors) and it's visitors that trigger automated background analysis.
So I would suggest you:
- Reset analysis (Pages | Settings | Site analysis)
- Run a full manual analysis (Analyze now button on the Pages page toolbar).
This should make sure all the transient data from development is removed and analysis is performend on live, current website content.
