How can I implent in my site.
When I choose the Tag manager I see only options to insert code like this:
Similar to GTM-XXXXXX, for instance GTM-DRF67E.
But my code begins with AW and not GTM, so 4SEO let me not to save.

Just use your code, that's fine. This is a specific code for Google Ads, rarely used except in that particular case, so it's not mentioned in documentation or help text.
You do need to connect your Google Analytics and Google Ads account, see this Google support thread for instance:

Please install the latest development version from the development versions download area . It will accept AW-XXX style ids in Analytics V4 and Google Tag manager.
As a side note, in case you want to do more customized code, or other type of codes, you can also use the "Raw content" feature (see documentation here). This lets you insert any code (javscript, CSS, html) on selected pages, in HEAD or BODY.
It's more convenient to do it with our dedicated Analytics rules if you only use analytics but with "Raw content", you have total liberty on what you include and where.
