For the following page:

https://www.xxxx.com/wartime-memorabilia/sell-appraise-buy-edged-weapon-sword-bayonet-fighting-knife-dagger-bayonet-auction-9-22

I wanted to choose my own Social Image for 4SEO as the one it was choosing was an image off the page itself and not the primary event image I had set for the event page.

In trying to choose this image, I was able to navigate through my folders and select the image, but once selected using the 4SEO navigation tool, there was no way for me to set / save this image as the default image for social sharing. I was stuck. See attached.

This being the case, I then opted to copy and paste the url of the image into the field provided on the 4SEO social image page. I was able to paste it, but then only a white image box appears as the image and not the actual image. See attached.

Is the image I am selecting too large to use as the social image and this is causing the problem? Or is there an issue with 4SEO?

Thank you for your help.

Kind Regards,

Malcolm

Hi

I don't think you were stuck, from your screenshot. It appears you screen is too small to view the entire width of the image browser and a scrollbar has appeared at the bottom.

Scrolling to the right, you should see the Select and Close button.

but then only a white image box appears as the image and not the actual image.

That sounds about right, it appears you copy/pasted not only the image URL but also the word "Selected" then a space then the relative URL for the image:

Either selecting the image, or copy/pasting the full image address should work fine.

Best regards
