Hi
That's not something I have added to 4SEO yet. Considering how Google started rewriting page titles last year, this looks something that may be avoided these days. In any case, I'd suggest using Joomla simple built-in "Site name in Page title" feature if you want to append/prepend your site name to all page titles.
