These flags means that the same description was found on this page and on another one. We do not store which is the other page because on many sites, it would mean a very large volume of data to store but you don't really need that to know which page is the other one.
Ensure that the page in question has a good title and description and the rest is fine. You did not provide full and real links so I can't check for myself.

You probably should not spend much time on that. Look at the page itself: does the description reflects exactly the page content? then maybe change it to be more accurate. Meta Description are used so rarely these days, it's nice to have custom ones but maybe not that much of an important factor.
Also, if that page is part of a series (ie /blog, /blog/page-2, /blog/page-3,...) then it's totally ok to have identical titles and description, you do not have to make separate ones.
