Hi
1) It would be nice to be able to manually add URL addresses that are on the site but not yet found in the component. There is such an opportunity in RSSEO.
Bad idea, and RSSEO should not be doing that. You cannot make a page rank if it's not linked from anywhere on your site. If it's linked, 4SEO will find it. If it's not linked, you must link it. If you don't, don't spend any time trying to do anything with it in terms of SEO, you're wasting your time.
The only exception I made to that is you can add URLs to the sitemap manually. It's mostly made for non-Joomla content, but can be used for content that's not linked I guess.
In that area, the one improvement planned is not "Add to crawl list" but "Crawl immediately". Often you're working on a page and it's not been crawled and maybe there are 2000 URLs in the pending crawl list. So a button to crawl immediately would be pretty convenient.
2) You can get 2 more lines in height if you remove the logo from above and below when switching to the mode without a menu.
Well, I don't really want to remove my logos :) Joke asides, the top bar is needed for the notifications and spinner. I could likely hide the bottom row though, I'll add a tracker for that.
What I plan on doing is moving the toolbar in the top section, where the logo, titles and notifications icons is. But that requires significant changes in the HTML markup and the code generating the user interface, so it's far in the future for now, more pressing things to do.
3) In the "Errors / Recorded" errors section, I see errors like 404 for "images/joomla/perevod-juomla-4/perevod-joomla-4.png" but I don't see which page has that link. It might be good to have such information. Although I understand that this is not always possible.
That's never possible. It's why these errors are on a separate page. All errors where we know the page are on Errors | Links. When we don't know the page, they are listed on Errors | Recorded errors.
In this instance, the most likely reason is that this is an old link to an image that was removed from the site. So 4SEO never found a link to it. But someone, maybe Google, still has this URL and checked it, and that request triggered an error. But it was just a request to the site, the link is not part of any page.
4) It would be nice in the "SEO Tools / SEO rules" section to be able to create rules for meta name="robots". For example, add this to "Action to perform" on the third rule creation tab.
Yes, I have that on the tracker but it's classified as very low priority because it a/ requires quite some work and b/ can already be done, to some extent at least, directly with Joomla.
When all the basis for 4SEO is covered, I'll come to these kind of improvements but now is not the time unfortunately.
Best regards
