Hello dear Yannik,

The sitemap is created. But progress has been on for a few days. Is something wrong?

Sitemap status screenshot: https://prnt.sc/example

And how can I create a public link with a specific layout using 4SEO?

Best regards,
Markus

Hi

 Is something wrong?

Nope. Try loading it in your browser. The sitemap is created (or rather published) when needed, that is when someone requests it.

And how can I create a public link with a specific layout using 4SEO?

Hmm, 4SEO does not create links or URLs, not sure what you're askin for exactly. You can always create a custom redirect to a page on your site, if you want to have a short or specific URL for instance.

thanks for you reply Yannick.

Under this link visitors can show our sitemap: https://www.example.de/sitemap

Is that possible with 4SEO too?

Best regards,
Markus

Hi

Nope. The name sitemap-4seo.xml has been carefully selected to not interfere with other possible file names that could exist on the server and would take precedence.

I'd suggest adding a redirect from /sitemap to /sitemap-4seo.xml in your .htaccess file but why would your visitors want to see the XML sitemap?

Best regards
