This is the error: Error loading data from server.
I don't see any error, simply the analysis stops right away, most likely because you have set the site main address as https://xxxx.com but you have also put a redirect to the www version, which is in fact the real main address.
I'd suggest deciding which one is your preferred main address, and then configure 4SEO to use it. After that, you can Reset analysis and it should work as expected.
Note that I have installed our 4LOGS plugin to view the Joomla log files (you have a fairly large log file called cruise.log.php for instance). Also, on the Errors | Recorded errors, I saw a number of PHP fatal errors reported, but that may have been some times ago and these have been fixed. In any case, this is one of the places you want to check and fix the PHP errors you see there.

But it works only in the English pages and not in Hebrew.
Can you fix it? I would like to purchase future updates to 4SEO, but I am afraid that the updates will be good only for the English language.

Glad it's sorted out. This setting is by far the most important one in SEO, it's used to decide on the canonical link, it must be exactly what you main site address is at all time.
Closing this ticket now, feel free to open a new one as needed. If you do so, please mention this ticket number in the new one.
