i have purchased the extension 4SEO.
All links works fine. But on some pages the logo is not visible.

Hi
Your logo is actually there, just hidden by CSS. I could not find what CSS exactly is hiding but that's where you have to look.
4SEO is an SEO tool, it does not display anything by itself, I mean it has no visible output, it only works with meta data, structured data, sitemaps, etc
As a test, you should probably just disable 4SEO system plugin and see if the problem is still there. If your logo is still hidden, we'll know for sure this is not linked to 4SEO.
