Hi

You have assigned your rule to the /product/xxxx URL pattern but your products are not following this pattern, so the rule is not triggered.

You should just specifiy that the rule applies to Hikashop component, and nothing else. Language or URL pattern is not needed (jsut leave the default /{*}.

I have fixed that but the SD still does not output anything. I'll have to deep dive into it, I suspect some information is missing (4SEO doees not output invalid structured data so it has to be able to read all required data).

Do you have an up to date Akeeba Backup of the site so that I can install locally and debug?

Yes, an up to data akeeba backup would be needed at this stage. Also, i do'nt see any screenshot. What's the error? if unrelated to Hikashop structured data, please open a separate ticket.

Had to redo the backup, after adding a new profile, to exclude product images. The backup was 2.5 GB, cannot be downloaded reliably over a browser.

Working on this now, will let you know what I find.

Ok, so I think I have sorted this out. There were a couple of issue, one with Hikashop plugin, one not directly related to Hikashop. I have installed the latest dev version on the site and the structured data is output normally now.

No extension is ever selected. This is the selector for extensions. You first select an extension and then you configure it. Once done, you select another extension and configure it.

No extension will ever be selected here each time you reload a page.

I checked about structure data and tey are not created yet. Can you check please?

Why would be display all of the structured data in the backend? most of the data is computed by Hikashop (price, etc). This can only happen on the actual page.

Checking structured data can only be done in the frontend. This is always where you have to look to check a page. Not just for structured data but for everything: custom meta data, OpenGraph, content replacer, etc

euh, that's the interface to set up the rules. You can't see the result of the rules, because the values are computed by Hikashop, Joomla, etc

Ah you mean the hits are not updated, I understand now.

So I'm not sure why this happens but i suspect this is due to:

- using a lot of caching on your site, not sure how many hits are actually hitting the server

- the built-in rules for Hikashop are probably triggered instead of your rule anyway (Hikashop is supported natively by 4SEO, you don't need any rule)
