I want to make a simple redirect for one page (menu), which I changed the menu alias:
/изработка-на-сайт
to
/изработка-на-фирмен-сайт
But somehow I can not do that properly.
I made the redirections like this, see images:
What I do wrong.

That looks good, but I cannot test because you did not provide full and real URL for your website.
Maybe it has to do with the fact that you are using Cyrillic characters. Again, without a real URL I cannot test. How did you create the rule? by typing the URLs or by copy/pasting them from your site or your browser address bar?

I just uploaded a dev version that should fix the problem. You can download it from the development versions download area and just install over your current one.
Problem was indeed linked to using Cyrillic characters: when copy/pasting them from the browser, they are URL encoded. For instance, I just copied this URL from your website in my browser:
/изработка-на-фирмен-сайт
but when I paste it here, the result is:
https://xxxx.eu/%D0%B8%D0%B7%D1%80%D0%B0%D0%B1%D0%BE%D1%82%D0%BA%D0%B0-%D0%BD%D0%B0-%D1%84%D0%B8%D1%80%D0%BC%D0%B5%D0%BD-%D1%81%D0%B0%D0%B9%D1%82
and so 4SEO would not recorgnize it. So now we are considering both at the same and the URL is recognized.
