We used to add all our titles and meta description using RSSeo and we are now switching to 4SEO on all our sites. Is there a way to export/import titles and meta descriptions? A bit of a hassle to manually move all of it:(

Thanks for switching! We do not have an importer from RSSEO, altough that's of course quite a reasonable demand.
I have added this to our internal tracker but do please do not hold your breath, we have a lot on our plate for the coming weeks and months!
In preparation, I'd suggest making sure the database tables from RSSEO are left in place, or you keep an Akeeba Backup of the site.
