I have set up the faq scheme like this:

When I use the seoinfo tool I can see the FAQ scheme but when I use google it is not showing up.

I don't see any actual FAQ markup in that page (ie questions and responses).

On that screenshot, I only see the "When to run" tab. What matters is more the "What to do" tab.

Do you have something entered for the Author? If this is not a regular Joomla article, we can't extract the author I think.
Enter an author name (can be the company) and a URL (can be the URL of that website) and see if the FAQ appear:

I have looked again at the source code of that page and now it seems your CSS classes are incorrect:
You have a dot (.) in front of your css class, .question instead of question.
