Not documentation specific to AdWord, Ad Word is not really related to 4SEO.
What's the problem? what are you trying to do? adding a code I assume? The documentation on inserting custom code with 4SEO might be relevant for you.

Ah no, there's no built-in, dedicated support. But you can copy/paste the javascript code provided by Google in all pages of your site with just one rule - or only on some pages if you want, as described in the documentation.
