Hard to say at first sight but most likely due to the way that page is served: when requesting https://www.xxxx.be/regio/vloeren-beton_Rumst.html, there's an internal 302 redirect to a com_doorway component.

And then that com_doorway component has some javascript that changes back the URL in the address bar.

So there's a lot here that can break images detection, depending on how exactly that com_doorway works and how much is done in PHP and how much is done in js.The only unusual thing about the image itself is having spaces in the name, I have not had an issue report about that but it's rather uncommon so maybe this can cause a problem.
