Hello look at the topic. 4SEO reports e.g. an 404 on "stochastik/erwartungswert-fortgschritten-aufgabenblatt01" see image:

When going to sh404SEF this URL cannot be found.

To trace this. Just one second before looking at broken links I purged all records within 4SEO. After this had been done, I immediately looked again at broken links and found the above. I think it unlikely that in just this little moment somebody entered the not existing URL into frontend.

Could you please explain the reason? Thank you.

Kind regards Meinolf Müller

Hi

Could you please explain the reason? Thank you.

Sorry, I do not understand the question, maybe your screenshots are missing.

I think it unlikely that in just this little moment somebody entered the not existing URL into frontend.

Which pages are you looking at? Broken links or Recorded errors

Broken links are not triggered by external requests, they are links found inside the pages by the 4SEO analyzer.

When going to sh404SEF this URL cannot be found.

Where are looking in sh404SEF? sh404SEF does not analyze pages, it only records 404s, similar to what 4SEO shows on the Recorded Errors page.

Again, can't say much without really understanding the question.

Hello thanks for your answer, it became clear to me than. I looked at broken links which are an internal thing and cannot be traced within sh404SEF. We can close this ticket.

Hi

I looked at broken links which are an internal thing

Exactly. And the big benefit of 4SEO over sh404SEF here is that 4SEO tells you exactly on which page the broken link is so it becomes very easy to fix it.
