Hej Yannick, ok, I am now onto the structured data and cannot get the Products to work for Hikashop.
Under 'When to Run' I have 'Run on this/these page(s)', and have included the following:
/photographic-prints/{*}
All the product urls have the following format:
https://xxxx.com.au/photographic-prints/panoramas/prints/to-the-border.html
But nothing shows up.

Can't login, 2FA is enabled on this account.
I see this a Joomla 4 account, I have actually not tested HIkashop on Joomla 4, there might be some significant differences here but I can't say much without actually looking.

Sorry about that, just remembered 2FA was on, off now.
I used to use Google Structured Data (Tassos), and that worked well on everything. With selectable sources (title, description, publisher, etc. If that helps.

That's exactly what I have tried to avoid at all cost. Needs to be automatic.
I'll check back later with any finding. I still suspect this is due to changes in Hikashop for Joomla 4.

I'm not finding anything useful here, even the error log files have limited information.
It'd be great if I could get an akeeba backup of the site exactly as it is, to install on my local machine and figure out what's going on.
I look at your exisitng backups and they are more than 1GB so I can't download them. If possible, can you upload the latest backup to this private online folder: https://upload.xxxx.com/xxxx
It will self-delete in exactly 3 days after its creation, so if you can upload the backup there tomorrow, I'll have it on monday to start off with that.

Done, upload.
Just in case you did not notice, I run Litespeed cache and the site is one Cloudflare. So changes you may have tried yesterday may not have be seen.
So when you install locally be sure to disable LS cache (plugin).

Hi Simon,
So it was indeed a difference between Joomla 3 and 4 and 4SEO was not getting the data from Hikashop about the current page product.
So I had to make some code taking the difference between J3 and J4 into account. I need to run some more testing (on Joomla 3 this time) to be sure it works in all cases but it shouldbe good.
I will have an updated development version later today, likely tomorrow for you though.

Not that bad, 4SEO is actually designed to be independant from Joomla as much as can be, so that differences between J3 and J4 can be isolated to specific, simple parts where I can easily spot issues.
So once the problem is identified, and the root cause known, it's not had to fix.
But yes, generally speaking, it's hard not so much because if Joomla but also because many extensions also behaves or are programmed differently under J3 and J4, so extensions such as 4SEO which work/support many other extensions basically have twice the work.
Hopefully that will pay off and users will be able to transition from one to the other...
